The Black Sea Report (Part 1). Situation in the Black Sea During the Russian Aggression Against Ukraine in 2022-2024.
The Monitoring Group of the Black Sea Institute of Strategic Studies and BlackSeaNews presents the database of Russian warships, boats and vessels destroyed or damaged by the Ukrainian Defense Forces since February 2022 (below).
This database opens the analytical report of our Monitoring Group: Situation in the Black Sea During the Russian Aggression Against Ukraine in 2022-2024.

In February 2022-March 2024, the Armed Forces of Ukraine performed at least 36 effective attacks on Russian warships in the Azov-Black Sea region, both in ports and in the open sea, using missiles, small unmanned boats, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
Total losses as of April 1, 2024:

Destroyed (excluding those damaged beyond repair): 18 ships and boats

Damaged (including those beyond repair): 18 ships and boats.
Information about the consequences of the attacks in April-May 2024 will be added to the database after verification - since it is clear that during hostilities, the information field contains mostly misinformation about losses.
