Lukoil will invest US$1.1 billion into diesel-fuel oil production facility in Bulgaria

The biggest Russian oil company Lukoil says the estimated cost of constructing a new facility at its Neftochim Burgas refinery in Bulgaria will comprise $1.1 bln.

«An agreement to construct facility to refine heavy still bottoms at Lukoil Neftochim Burgas refinery in Bulgaria has been signed in 2012. The facility is planned to become operational in 2015. According to the agreement, the amount of liabilities for this capital construction is about US$1.1 bln.», says the company’s report.

Earlier it was reported that Lukoil planned to launch a new facility at Lukoil Neftochim Burgas refinery in January 2015.
