All four bids for Oltchim will be considered

The PCC, Chimcomplex and Aisa Invest companies as well as the national leader of the Dan Diaconescu - People's Party (PP-DD) Dan Diaconescu have filed bids to buy the Oltchim chemicals plant and all four bids will be considered, head of the Office for Government's Industrial Shareholdings and Privatisation (OPSPI) Remus Vulpescu said on September 20 upon the opening of the sealed bids.

«PCC, Chimcomplex, and AISA Invest have filed bids. Dan Diaconescu's bid was filed on September 20, 12:12hrs, EET. There were certain diverging opinions on the time of the filing, but all bids will be considered,» said Vulpescu.

If no bid is selected from the envelopes, an open-cry auction will follow in accordance with the rules for competitive bidding on September 21, 2012, 12:00hrs, EET.
