Sixty chefs present European cuisine in Sofia

Sofia is the venue of the first presentation of culinary specialties from the Old Continent under the motto «The tastes of Europe».

The event will continue until September 30. The culinary festival presents 60 chefs and gives the opportunity to taste dishes, travel cuisine-wise and learn. The event takes place at the National Palace of Culture. An accent would be placed on cuisine from Scandinavian countries. A parallel exhibition will be opened organized by the European Commission on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the initiative of the Common Agricultural Policy.
