Romanian Navy School celebrates 115th birthday /PHOTO/

On October 8 Romanian Naval Petty Officers School «Admiral Ion Murgescu» celebrated 115th anniversary.

The celebration was attended by representatives of the Ministry of National Defence, local authorities, partner schools, associations and leagues of maritime profile, former school commanders and graduates.

The school was founded on October 8, 1897 by the Royal Decree of Romanian King Carol I.
