Trolley-bus monument unveiled in the Crimea /PHOTO/

On October 22 a Trolley-bus monument was unveiled in the Crimea, located at the Angarskyi Pass (Simferopol — Alushta — Yalta highway).

The press service of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Council of Ministers has informed that the unveiling of the memorial was a joint initiative by the Head of the Government and the Crimean Republican manufacturing enterprise «Crymtrolleybus».

The pedestal has a «Skoda» trolley-bus, produced in 1972 and having a mileage of 1.9 million kilometers. For 40 years of its operation this trolley-bus had carried more than 20 million passengers.
