Krasnodar becomes Russia’s best city of 2012
Krasnodar was called the best Russian city among top 100 at the 11th Russian forum for strategic planning in regions and cities hosted by Saint-Petersburg.
The rating was developed at the Urbanika Institute for Territorial Planning and the Russian Union of Architects. It was made to determined the cost and quality of life.
Krasnodar is now above Surgut and Tyumen, the previous year’s leaders. It is followed by ufa, Surgut, Tyumen, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Novosibirsk, Moscow, Murmansk, Yekaterinburg and Saint-Petersburg.
