Real estate auction to be conducted in Sochi in November

On November 21, Russian Presidential Property Management Department will conduct an auction of real estate for a total of 940.5 million roubles.

The area of property on sale is about 26.7 ths sq metres.

Presidential Property Management Department intends to sell a sea berth, several transformer substations, a health-improving centre with an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, several dormitories and a boating station.
