Danube Delta Reserve has become a member of EDEN

Danube Delta Biospheric Reserve has officially become a member of EDEN programme (European Destinations of Excellence).

Besides this reserve, the declaration of accession to EDEN was signed at Brussels by representatives of National Park Buila-Vanturarita, natural park Muresului, natural park Vanatori Neamt, areas of Sibiu, Techirghiol, and others.

EDEN project promotes sustainable development of tourism models across the EU. The project is based on national competitions that are held every year.
