Georgian PM wants private businessmen to develop country

Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili plans to form an investment fund for oligarchs and rich citizens to help investors.

The fund will offer 75% of a sum if an investor pays 25%.

The government plans to form a group to study investors and organize a portfolio of perspective projects.
