Utility rates will grow in Kuban starting July 2013

Regional Energy Commission has issued an order to increase utility rates in the Kuban starting with July 2013.

According to the document, starting with July 1, 2013 the rates will grow on average by 10%.

For public utility companies maximum growth will be 10.2%, for heat supply enterprises - 10.9%, for electricity - 12%.

Every district will establish utility rates independently, but municipalities are not allowed to exceed the 10% threshold.
