More than 410 thousand hectares of Kuban lands will be transferred to disposal of municipalities

At the fourth session of the Krasnodar Krai Legislative Assembly held on December 19, deputies considered a resolution on empowering local governing bodies the rights to manage public lands, Live Kuban reports.

About 8 thousand land plots with a total area of 414 ths hectares from the Krai’s land redistribution fund will be placed at the disposal of Kuban municipalities.

The Krai’s Department of Property Relations is also preparing to transfer to the disposal of local governing bodies about 26 ths hectares more of unclaimed land shares owned by Krasnodar Krai.
