Draft amendments to the Law on sea ports and to other branch laws published in Russia

Russian Ministry of Transport published draft law «On amendments to the Law on sea ports in Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of Russian Federation», PortNews reports.

The amendments have been proposed to the Water Code, City Planning and Construction Code, Code of Merchant Shipping, Inland Water Transport Code, Forest Code, Charter of Railway Transport and other legislative acts in order to improve the regulation of activities in sea ports and bring the laws to uniformity.
