Ukraine’s Ministry of Infrastructure proposes to introduce state regulation of vessel traffic

The draft resolution, prepared by the Cabinet of Ministers, contains a proposal to include pilotage, vessel traffic control and conduct of icebreaking in the list of specialized services at ports, which are provided by natural monopolies and are subject to government regulation.
