Celebration of the House of Romanov 400th anniversary will attract tourists to the Eastern Crimea

The Crimean Republic Committee on cultural heritage protection plans to enrich the celebration program with cultural objects of the Eastern Crimea, connected with the history of the House of Romanov. For instance, it is going to include the Sudak Historical Museum.

«Sudak, Novy Svet, and a number of other regions of the Eastern Crimea are connected with the Romanov dynasty. That is why we consider the possibility to enrich the jubilee celebration not only with generally known places, but also with unfamiliar facilities, especially for the resort season», – Committee Chairman Vyacheslav Zarubin has noted.

According to the earlier announced information, a number of events will take place in the Crimea in 2013 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the House of Romanov reign.
