Three students injured after percussion bomb blast in Şırnak
Three students were injured on January 2 when a percussion bomb exploded in a high school in Cizre, a district in the southeastern province of Şırnak.
The bomb, suspected to be planted by sympathizers of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), blasted around 12:15 p.m. in a high school located in Cizre's Cudi neighborhood. The explosion caused panic among students.
The injured students, were immediately taken to the Cizre State Hospital for treatment and police launched an investigation into the incident.
