Almost 100 ths tourists spent Christmas holidays in Crimea
This was announced by the AR Crimea Council of Ministers Deputy Chairman Mr. Georgi Psarev.
According to him, from December 28 to January 14, 98.87 thousand tourists visited the peninsula. In the same period last year, this figure was 93.19 ths, the increase amounted to 5.68 thousand.
«The analysis, conducted by the AR Crimea Ministry of Resorts and Tourism, has shown that the occupancy of Crimean hotels in the New Year and Christmas holidays directly depends on the event-organized programme, tour price, as well as on its conformity to the holiday programme and the level of the hotel», - said Mr. Psarev.
