Campaign for preventing human trafficking for labor exploitation is launched

At a press conference in the Council of Ministers a campaign was launched for the prevention of human trafficking for labor exploitation.

The campaign is given the motto «Nil tolerance for human trafficking» and aims at enhancing public awareness on the issue and to attract employers to work for the prevention of the phenomenon. The National committee for curbing human trafficking is conducting information campaigns annually targeted on people seeking work abroad as well as at young people who leave for organized students working vacations in other countries, risking to fall prey to incorrect mediators or employers.
