Hyatt Regency Sochi to open in Sochi by the end of the year

The construction of the 27-storey hotel complex is in progress in Sochi, which is going to be the first Hyatt brand facility in the southern part of Russia.

According to the press service of the Krai Ministry of Strategic Development, the works on the erection of the facility’s main structures have been completed by now. The workers have already started the assembly of the façade structures. Commissioning of the complex is scheduled for the end of 2013.

Hotel complex bed bank has 26 apartments and 176 rooms of various classes.

The ground floor will host a restaurant, two bars, comfortable recreation zone, and a SPA-center. The complex has also provided for 10 negotiation halls and a conference hall.
