750 billion roubles brought to the Kuban’s economy in 2012

Almost 40% of this investment was brought in connection with the upcoming Sochi Olympics-2014 and the accompanying business projects, Yugopolis informs.

These figures were announced by the Krasnodar Krai Ministry of Regional Development press service.

Last year, Kuban made a record in housing construction - 4.3 million sq metres, up 17% compared to previous year. Industrial production growth was 4%, and budget revenues grew by 16%.

The Krai’s unemployment rate in 2012 decreased to 0.8%.
