Georgian president to address parliament for the last time

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will address the country's lawmakers with his last annual speech on February 8, 2013.

The president's term ends this autumn. According to the Georgian Constitution, Saakashvili is not allowed to run for president for another term.
