Trial against the 13 accused of anti-democratic ideology continues

The District Court in the town of Pazardjik continues the trial against the 13 persons accused of disseminating anti-democratic ideology.

The trial was opened in September 2012. The defendants are 12 men and 1 woman. The charges pressed against them relate to spreading anti-democratic ideology and participating in the Al Wakaf al Islami organization, which has no registration in Bulgaria. Three of the defendants are accused of inculcating religious hatred.
