Olimpstroy top manager suspected of stealing 900 million rubles
Victor Luchinkin, head of the presidential office of the Olimpstroy State Corporation, is suspected of stealing 900 million rubles during his work as the head of the energy company of Chuvashia, RIA Novosti reports.
The investigative department of the Russian Interior Ministry has been authorized to study the case. It was initiated in February 2012. According to reports, Luchinkin was paying himself and heads of Kommunalniye Tekhnologii excessive wages and bonuses. He also signed contracts causing money loss.
