Car entry to the resort area in Eupatoria forbidden

The working group, studying the traffic situation in the city, has prepared a proposal to ban the car entry to the resort area of Eupatoria, e-Crimea reports.

Vacationers’ survey results have shown that 60% of tourists come to the city, using automobile transport vehicles. The number of cars at Eupatoria streets during the recreation season grows by approximately 5-6 times.

To remove the human factor influence, the documented proposes installation of the automatic entry limiter. In the morning the recreation area will be open for automobiles, delivering goods. Ambulance, police, and fire squad cars will be the only vehicles, allowed to enter this area during the daytime. The document has also proposed businessmen to arrange the delivery of their goods with special cargo carts, following the example of European resorts.
