Turkish president congratulates Armenian president on winning elections

Turkish President Abdullah Gul has congratulated Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on being re-elected for the second term with 58.64% of votes, Anadolu reports.

Raffi Ovannisyan got 36.74% of votes.
