Turkey is ranked 32 among European countries in English language proficiency
According to the data of the international English language education center EF Education First, Turkey is ranked 32nd among 54 European countries in English language proficiency level.
In the course of the research all countries were divided into 5 groups according to the level of English language proficiency. Turkey was a part of the fourth group, where the level of this knowledge proficiency is considered to be below the average.
The first group of countries with the best English language proficiency level consisted of Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Germany, and Poland.
