Armenian president to visit Moscow

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will visit Moscow on March 12, 2013 to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss the Eurasian and Customs Union, CSTO forces, exploitation of the Khojaly Airport, gas imports of Armenia, Armenia Today reports.

Azerbaijan said that exploitation of the airport was a violation of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed on December 7, 1944. Azerbaijan plans to appeal to the Chicago Convention more often.
