20 thousand foreigners work at Sochi Olympics construction

Approximately 80% of them have come from the Central Asia countries.

Sochi authorities have published a booklet with guidelines for migrant workers, coming to the city in search of a living. The brochure, published in four languages, states rights and obligations of such migrant workers.

Authors of the edition have briefly told about the execution of labor relationship, legalization norms, and communication with employees of the law-enforcement authorities, and also listed the areas with frontier regime on Sochi.

The brochure’s circulation is 4 thousand copies. The text is published in Russian, Uzbek, Tajik, and Kirghiz languages.
