Kuban Ministry of Emergency to spend 320 million rubles on monitoring and clearing of spring rivers

The experts pay special attention to the rivers of Mzymta, Adagum, and Bakanka.

The Chief Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency in Krasnodar Krai informs that it currently conducts monitoring of the rivers in the region, taking into consideration the speed of snow melting in mountain areas and precipitation.

Experts have developed a plan for joint actions of the Ministry of Emergency and Krai Administration to handle the flood time and high waters in river basins. They carry out bank protection works, clearing and deepening of river beds, and check the preparedness of hydro-technical facilities.

The total amount of financing for these measures is approximately 320 million rubles.
