More than 1 million tourists visited Istanbul for two months

For the first two months of 2013, the number of foreign tourists that have visited Istanbul has increased compared to 2012 by 21.6%, having comprised 1.15 million people.

For the past two months Istanbul has been visited by: 105,589 tourists from Germany, 82,736 from Russia, 49,197 from the UK, 45,289 Frenchmen and 43,865 people from the USA.
