Ukrainian Government approved the arrangement of the Sea Port Administration

The Ukrainian Government has approved the proposition to reorganize state companies in the sea transport sphere and to establish the State Company «Sea Port Administration». This information was announced in the resolution of the Council of Ministers No 133-r, dated March 4, 2013.

Sea Port Administration will be subordinate to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, portnews.ru informs. It will reorganize 18 stevedore companies, working at sea commercial ports. They will enter the new company with the strategic objects of port infrastructure and other property. The State Company «Delta-Lotsman» and shipping company «Kerch Ferry» will also be subordinate to the Administration.
