$28.9 million invested into Georgia real estate by foreigners in 2012

According to preliminary data, in 2012 Georgian real estate business got $28.9 million of direct foreign investments, «Gruzstat» has informed.

This amount is trice lower than the previous year result – in 2011 $89.2 million were invested into this business.

The 1^st quarter of 2012 showed the lowest amount of foreign investments – $2.8 million, while 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th quarters ensured $8.9 million, $3.3 million, and $13.9 million, respectively.
