More than 300 km of new roads built in Sochi

More than 300 km of new roads have been built in Sochi in preparation for the Olympics. This was announced on March 25 by the city’s Mayor Anatoly Pakhomov at the opening of the highway junction «Vinogradnaya - Don».

According to Yuga, highway junctions «Adler Ring», «Stadium» and «Krasnodar ring» are already operational, construction of junctions «Airport» and «Golubye Dali» is nearing completion. The road parallel to Kurortny Avenue and combined railway and automobile highway in Krasnaya Polyana are to be commissioned as well.

This summer 150 km of existing roads will be repaired in Sochi.
