FM Kozhara believes association deal with EU to be signed in November

Ukraine believes that the Association Agreement with the European Union will be signed in November in Vilnius. And even if not, our foreign policy will not change its vector, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara told RIA Novosti before visiting Moscow.

«I am optimistic about the possibility of signing the Association Agreement. But if it does not happen, there will not be a tragedy, because Ukraine is developing successful relations with the European Union on a bilateral basis,» he said.

According to him, if the agreement is still not signed, it will postpone a decision on the establishment of a free trade area with the EU to uncertain future, «and the Ukrainian government is keenly aware of that.»
