Moldovan university teachers, researchers to apply for US-sponsored scholarships

Moldovan university teachers and scientific researchers are encouraged to apply for scholarships in the USA.

According to the US embassy in Chisinau, scholarships would be offered within the Fulbright and Hubert H. Humphrey fellowship programmes for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Moldovan citizens with permanent residence in the country are eligible to apply. Permanent residents of the Transnistrian region may be considered regardless of citizenship. Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as experience in the field is obligatorily required.
