Sochi made the «black list» of unauthorized construction

Sochi administration has published complete lists of structures, created without any authorization at the resort’s territory.

The Legal Department, after the commission of the City Mayor Anatoliy Pakhomov, has made two lists.

The first one contains objects, which must be demolished under the already effective judicial resolution. The second one covers objects pending a resolution from the legal proceedings.

According to Yuga.ru, complete lists may be found at the Sochi administration official website.

There is a probability that the lists of such objects contain high-rise buildings, the developers of which have already offered apartments for sale. The City Hall advises residents to turn to the Sochi Department of Internal Affairs, if any apartment purchased is found in any of the lists. According to the City Hall representatives, such appeal gives a chance to return the invested funds.
