Tourism call center launched in Sochi

On April 1 the information and reference call center of Sochi started working on the continuing basis, vesti-sochi reports.

Dialing 8-800-550-86-42, tourists can get information in Russian and English languages on Sochi facilities, providing hotel, resort, health improvement, and tour services, as well as services on transportation, communication, commerce, public catering, and personal services.

According to Sochi Major Deputy Alexander Karandin, during the period of winter Olympic and Paralympic Games the call center will work in 7 languages: Russian, English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
