Sevastopol beaches must be prepared for the summer season by May 15

According to the Deputy Head of the City State Administration Sergey Savenkov, the signature of the acceptance certificate for beaches’ preparedness for the summer season is scheduled for May 15.

He says that the major condition for beach acceptance consists in the maximum safety of the vacationers. The city will carry out divers’ examination of all beaches and arrange rescue stations. All obsolete structures at spur dikes must be either put in order, or liquidated and fenced around.

He has added that another essential task consists in the high level of sanitary conditions at cafes, bars, and sales outlets, located at the beaches. «We decided to cut down the number of sales outlets and left only those, which adheres to all sanitary norms», – S. Savenkov has specified.

In addition to that, he has stated that all illegal structures and buildings will be demolished after judicial decisions.
