High-speed trains to run from Moscow to Sochi

High-speed trains «Sapsan» and «Lastochka» will in prospect run from Moscow to Sochi and Yekaterinburg, Yuga reports.

According to the Russian Railways Manager Vladimir Yakunin, one year will be required for the design works and three years – for the construction itself. Mr. Yakunin has added that Russian Railways signed an agreement for modernization of 385 shunting locomotives with foreign partners of the company at the Hannover Fair.
