Moscow to mark 90th anniversary of Azerbaijani leader Heydar Aliyev

The Kolonny Hall of the House of Unions will have a special evening to mark the 90th anniversary of Azerbaijani leader Heydar Aliyev at 7.00 pm on May 6, 2013. Aliyev is notorious for building the basis of the strategic partnership of Azerbaijan and Russia, friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding.

A photo exhibition about Aliyev will be organized, awards of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress named after Heydar Aliyev will be granted. The symphonic orchestra “Favourite Works of Heydar Aliyev” will organize performances of the Big Symphonic Orchestra of Tchaikovsky conducted by Vladimir Fedoseyev, USSR and Azerbaijani People’s Artist Professor Farkhad Badalbeyli, Azerbaijani People’s Artist Murad Adygezalov, Azerbaijani Honorry Artists Samir Jafarov and Elchin Azizov.
