Economic relations between Bulgaria and Japan see huge potential

The Bulgarian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Marin Raykov met with the ambassador of Japan to Sofia Takashi Koizumi.

The main topics of conversation regarded the economic relations between both countries, the opportunities for enlargement of the Japanese investments in the Bulgarian industry and the development of the cultural and educational partnership.

«The forthcoming construction of the Sofia Tech Park is a very good opportunity for attracting Japanese investments in the high-tech sphere», – said Premier Raykov. Ambassador Koizumi stressed on the good development of two Japanese investments in the car industry in Bulgaria. He outlined the good relations in the sphere of the academic exchange and the scientific research field.
