Local virtual guide to appear in Bakhchysarai for tourists

Bakhchysarai has started the second stage of the project on QR-codes placement.

According to the Bakhchysarai City Council press service, the codes are placed at the buildings of the children’s pre-school institutions. The graphic design is highly colorful and is decorated with ornaments. The next stage of the project will consist in placement of codes on the regular transportation vehicles.

Using such codes, any guest will be able to get useful information from transporters and to go to the Bakhchysarai City Council website, which will have a separate page for direct contacts with city transporters, e-Crimea informs.

The nearest plans include the arrangement of a uniformed information base of tourism objects, which will be available for cell phones. Such data base will help in orientating oneself in the historical sights of the city and in development of virtual tour routes, requiring no guides for them.
