At the sitting of the EU Council on agriculture and fishery in Brussels, Ministers of agriculture conducted an orientation debate on the package for reform of the Common farming policy.
The Bulgarian delegation took the stand that the achieving of higher efficiency in applying the direct support, including the opportunity for better channeling of direct payments for active farmers, is one of the most important aims of the reform on the farming policy of the Union.
