Central Electoral Committee starts second counting of ballots
After processing all protocols from the early parliamentary elections conducted on Sunday, the Central Electoral Committee starts the second counting of the ballots.
With 100% processed protocols, GERB remains the leading political force with the support of 30.53% of the voters. Coalition for Bulgaria gets 26.65% of the votes, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms – 11.22% and Ataka – 7.31%.
According to the CEC figures there are no other parties passing the 4 percent threshold for entering the National Assembly. By Thursday the final results from the vote will have to be voiced officially.
