Beach regulations adopted in the Crimea

The session of the Crimean Council of Ministers on May 21 adopted the Regulations for arrangement and fitment of beaches at the Crimean water facilities.

The document includes sections, defining the requirements to the arrangement and fitment of beaches, arrangement of beach recreation, procedures for use, classification, and accounting of these territories, and control on the state and arrangement of beaches’ operation at water facilities.

The regulations note that all beaches are divided into treatment, health-improvement, children’s, and general purpose ones. At that, the general purpose beaches must have a territory, allocated for free placement of beach accessories of the vacationers, equal to at least 70% of the entire recreation area.
