Romanian Mamaia resort to get the City zoning plan

In two years, after the revocation in the court, Mamaia will finally get a new development plan – the City zoning plan (PUZ).

The project has received all required permits and must only be approved by the Constanta City Council. After that the plan will get the official status and will be able to give impetus to investments, Cuget Liber S.A. informs.

The new PUZ provides for reorganization of the street and traffic network, arrangement of the city architecture environment in accordance with city structure features, infrastructures development, and protection of monuments. It will also cover a number of projects on the construction of certain facilities, such as the helicopter pad, land re-cultivation, a new tourism complex, a yacht marine, and others.
