Seven peninsula wonders to be chosen in the Crimea

In 2013 the Crimea plans to conduct the contest «Seven Crimean wonders. Such information has been announced by the Crimean Minister of Resorts and Tourism Alexander Liyev.

«We are getting ready to conduct the contest “Seven Crimean wonders”. The peninsula has more than 12 thousand monuments of cultural heritage, as well as 150 thousand natural and landscape objects. Therefore, it is going to be an extremely difficult contest, since all Crimean residents  know how hard is to choose the seven best out of that number of unique and interesting objects», – the Minister has noted.

The announcement of the contest winners is scheduled for October 2013.
