Crimean Ministry of Resorts to define the functionality of beaches

The Crimean Ministry of Resorts and Tourism has received the authority to define the functionality of beaches at the peninsula territory. In the past such operation had been performed by the beach users themselves.

Such information has been announced by the Crimean Minister of Resorts and Tourism Alexander Liyev at the round table «Medical tourism in the Crimea – a way forward».

According to him, all works on the definition of functionality of the Crimean beach territories will be carried out based on three positions: beach safety and accessibility, as well the rational use of the beach resources.

The Regulations on the arrangement and development of beaches at the Crimean water objects were adopted on May 21 at the session of the Crimean Council of Ministers.
