Odesa solves issues related to land under EuroBasket objects - city council

Land issues related to construction of objects under EuroBasket 2015 solved in Odesa.

Odesa Deputy Mayor Olena Pavlova has said about this, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“All land issues related to construction of objects under EuroBasket 2015 are solved in Odesa. This concerns the training base, the main arena and the runway at the Odesa Airport,” Pavlova said.

According to her, currently, the capital construction agency carries out works on the design of engineering communications for the training base. The project will be developed and approved until the end of 2013, so that at the beginning of 2014 construction works started. Today, the four first sports grounds are defined, which will be fully repaired until the end of the current year within the frames of basketball popularization and preparation to EuroBasket.

About 90 matches in six cities are planned in Ukraine within the EuroBasket frames.
