Odessa seaport buildings to be given for concession
Ukrainian Sea Port Administration conducts negotiations with large cruise companies on the transfer of the Odessa seaport buildings for concession.
Such information has been announced by the Acting Manager of USPA Yuri Vaskov. “We believe that the best operation of the passenger complex of the Odessa seaport buildings will be ensured by a large cruise company”, – he has stated.
Vaskov has also noted that such companies are interested, first of all, in the Yalta and Sevastopol ports - to be more precise, in the development of seaport buildings “from scratch”. Odessa port is considered as a finished complex, where investor’s headquarters may be located.
However, the final decision on this issue will be made only after the mechanism of construction of seaport buildings at the Crimean ports becomes clear.
